This policy explains how YouWe VinFast (YOUWE & CARS), an authorised VinFast dealer, collects and uses your personal information when you visit youwevinfast.com, fill in a form, or respond to one of our ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube.

- Your city, area or pincode, and where you'd like a test drive
- The car you're interested in and when you plan to buy
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a form or message
- How you found us (for example, which ad you clicked) and how you use this website, through cookies and similar tools
How we use it
- To arrange test drives, at your home, your office or one of our showrooms
- To answer your questions and send you prices, brochures and offers you asked for
- To contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry
- To arrange finance, insurance or an exchange valuation, if you ask us to
- To measure which ads and pages work, so we can improve them
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed for the purposes above:
- Our own sales and service staff at our Okhla, Bhikaji Cama Place and Faridabad locations
- VinFast Auto India, for warranty, buyback and customer-care programmes
- Banks and finance companies, insurers and registration agents, only if you ask for finance, insurance or registration
- Service providers who help us run this website, our ads and our customer records (such as Google, Meta and WhatsApp), under their own privacy terms
Cookies and ads
This website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant VinFast ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you buy a car from us, in which case we keep the records the law and VinFast's warranty programmes require.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing messages at any time. Reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp message, or contact us below.
